Where is my order shipped from?

Colorado, United States.

How long does shipping take? How is my package shipped?

All pins are shipped in bubble mailers and backing for extra protection.

-Orders will be shipped every week (Saturday)

-Domestic shipping may take 2-5 days to arrive (USPS first class)

-International shipping may take 2-7 weeks to arrive (USPS first class package international)

Can I get a refund or have my order returned?

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed once you have completed your order through checkout. 

The order I received was damaged/I did not receive the correct items.

Please contact me immediately with your order number, and please do provide image proof. I will do my best to resolve any issues. 

✨ Please note that the shipping for international orders is expensive because of USPS's first class package rate, required for artwork. This method will also ensure your items come safely. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding.
